In this year’s upcoming flower show, A Fantasy, there are six floral design classes. Please review the schedule for specifics on those classes. It is time to sign up now for any class you would like to enter! Members of other clubs are allowed to enter after March 1st!
Established in 1934, the Founders Fund grant is awarded annually to an exceptional community project that supports GCA's mission. This year there are three finalists, with two runners-up receiving $10,000 each and the winner awarded $30,000.
Serving with me on our committee are currently Vikki Broer and Petra Moran. We have researched a number of community based nonprofits to see if we could develop programs with our club that would qualify for Garden Club of America awards in the Civic Improvement category.
It’s time to register for the NAL conference! The A in GCA stands for Advocate and this conference brings together GCA members from all over the country to learn more about GCA’s current focus on legislation and federal policy initiatives that reflect our purpose.
