The SLGC Board is pleased to announce that the following women have accepted the Club's invitation to become new provisional members beginning in the 2020-2021 season. An impressive group of women!
Stephanie Teeter
Proposed by Lynn Lehmann
Seconders: Lisa Mortimer, Jennifer Hartford, Sarah Dimling
Stephanie is a past President of the Sunbeam Board and the HB Alumnae Council. She teaches spin classes and is an avid skier. She and her husband Alex and two sons recently moved into a new house in Shaker Heights and she is eager to get her hands dirty in her landscaping.
Sandy Gibbons

Seconders: Jennifer Moeller, Holly Scott, Susannah Doman
Sandy loves natural gardens, native landscapes, and container gardening. She is eager to learn about other aspect of horticulture and flower arranging. She also enjoys tennis, paddle, pickle ball and golf. Sandy and her husband Paul have been active in the Chagrin Schools and the University School Parent Association and the broader community.
Sabrina Lahorra

Sabrina and her husband Joseph are active parents of four children. She volunteers at both University School and Hathaway Brown. She also chaired the Flowers and Decorations Committee at US, planning and installing seasonal plants and decorations throughout the school and grounds. The family is involved in racquet sports. Their home and garden in Daisy Hill are examples of her creativity and flare for design.
Petra Moran

Petra has a degree as an Educational Specialist. She is involved with the Natural History Museum, Cuyahoga County Public Library, and the Girl Scouts, as well as many other community activities. She is always striving to better her surroundings. Petra has developed an interest in pollinators and native plants. Petra, her husband Mike, and daughter Lilly live in Shaker Heights.
Anne Fitzgerald

Anne has had a lifelong interest in gardening. Anne has worked as a teacher and obtained her Masters in Nursing Practice at Case. Anne has always been active in her children’s schools and is just finishing up her term as President of the Sunbeam Board. Anne, her husband Steven, and two children live in Pepper Pike.
Barb Horrigan

Barb has recently finished her training as a docent at the Cleveland Museum of Art. She is active in the Shaker Schools and is a sustainer on the Sunbeam Board. She is interested in learning more about floral design and horticulture. Barb lives in Shaker Heights with her husband John and two girls.
